If you have a specific time delivery to site needs to happen on or by, let us know and we will take care of the logistics.

What if I need to amend/make additions to my order?

We are aware that on occasion specifications or designs can change. Should you want to amend your order after it’s been processed, please try to let us know as soon as you can so as we can make the necessary arrangements. Any amendments needed will be subject to revised carriage and manufacturing costs, depending upon weight and quantity amounts. How many slabs of stone should I order?

Simply inform us of the square metres of the wall/s or floor of your project.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Our products originate from different destinations across the globe depending on the range or collection you have selected. In some cases, products will need to be manufactured to meet the order, while in other situations the product will be in stock and ready to ship. Each order will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We will provide you with a lead time when we provide you with a quotation.

Do you provide installation?

We do, however this will be at an additional charge. Should you require an expert to come and complete installation of the product, kindly let us know at the time of providing the quotation.

What if my product is damaged or the order is not correct?

All damages and irregularities must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery. We will need image proof sent over via email of any damages. The exact amount missing or damaged must be notified, in writing and replacements will be sent out FOC. All damaged or faulty goods may be collected at the request of the delivery/collection company. It will be deemed acceptable that one or two slabs may be broken, due to the nature of stone, in this instance we would recommend that you try and use these where cutting is necessary, if you still require one or two slabs to complete the job then we will send out the replacements on the assumption the original notification was given within the timescale above.

The products have arrived, but they are not what I expected. What can I do?

If you had already ordered samples, which is something we actively encourage before committing to placing an order, we will carry out checks to ensure you were sent the correct samples and the correct products that correspond to the samples and the order. We will also ask you to send photos of the product you received to help us work out what has gone wrong, and resolve the situation. If you had not ordered a sample, Meraki Stone cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy from the images on the website, and how they appear on your screen.

What are the payment terms?

We require 50% deposit payment upfront to process the order; this can involve manufacture if the full amount of product not in stock. Once the products are packaged and ready to ship, the final installment of 50% is required before shipping. The 50% deposit is non-refundable in any circumstance.
